This website offers two categories of products:
a) Food Products (Crêpes)
Freshly prepared food products
Made to order
Available for local pickup and local delivery in Lisbon only
b) Electronic Products
New electronic products only
Sold and delivered within Portugal only
3. Orders
Orders can be placed through the website.
Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:
Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or information
Suspected fraudulent activity
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely via:
Stripe (card payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay)
PayPal
We do not store payment card details.
5. Food Products – Important Information
Due to the nature of food products:
Orders for crêpes cannot be cancelled once placed
Crêpes are non-refundable and non-returnable
This exception is in accordance with EU consumer law regarding perishable goods
6. Electronic Products – Right of Withdrawal
For electronic products, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU and Portuguese consumer protection laws.
Conditions:
Products must be unused and in original packaging
The consumer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned product.
7. Cancellation of Orders
Food products: orders cannot be cancelled
Electronic products: orders may be cancelled before dispatch
8. Warranty and Legal Conformity (Electronics)
Electronic products are covered by the legal conformity guarantee required by applicable Portuguese and EU law.
If a product is found to be defective or non-conforming, the consumer has the right to remedies provided by law.
9. Delivery
Food Products
Local pickup or local delivery in Lisbon only
Delivery times are communicated at checkout or order confirmation
Electronic Products
Delivery available within Portugal only
Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors.
10. Liability
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays or force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights provided by law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of the website owner and may not be used without prior written consent.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law and applicable European Union regulations.
